We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax and accounting purposes. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to answer you. If you close your account, we delete your account details, apart from order records we are required to keep.

You can view and update your account details at any time in My account. You can also ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have further rights under state privacy laws. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights. Our website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to run the store.
Children
Our store is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
